He was very respectful and i appreciated his conversations while waiting . I would also like to thank trinity who had also helped me with my son's phone . She was very nice and very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Ben, Trinity, Brian and the assistant managers Quintons help for a couple other issues I was having . Ill be back for sure whenever I need help. Thank you xfinity . 1 out if 10 I would give them a 10 for there custom service and knowledge.

I was given a written quote for the costs and trade in values of our phones. When we went in to get the new phones, I was informed that it actually required me to be on a premium plan but they had never mentioned it or wrote it down. The cost difference is over $1500 over the 3 year life cycle of the plans for our 4 lines. And the response was basically “oops, well, we can’t do anything about our mistake”.
