I am extremely upset with my recent experience at your store.
I was having issues porting my number to Xfinity. Since the online agent was unable to help, I visited your store for assistance. However, the in-store staff were very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. They simply told me to wait and insisted that nothing could be done. To make matters worse, one of the agents even told me to "get out" in Chinese. This was an awful and unacceptable experience.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff.
