We had such a great experience thanks to Pedro! He was kind, patient, and really went out of his way to make sure everything turned out right.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing his job. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats customers with that level of respect and attention.
Big thanks to Pedro for turning what could’ve been a regular visit into a really positive fun experience!

Comcast Xfinity sucks 99% of the time, but we’ve recently had two stellar experiences back to back with Ashkan. He was super helpful (and actually successful) in solving our issues promptly with his can-do and kind attitude. This is after hours of frustration dealing with other people, on the phone and in other stores. Comcast, please hire more proactive and competent folks like Ashkan!

It took over 30 minutes to get a modem. I already did everything online but everyone was busy and there were 2 people ahead of me. But then I saw an employee just on their phone and finally went up to ask them to get me the modem. It should’ve taken 2 minutes in and out to get but took over 30…
