I went in specifically asking about getting a new iPhone 17 Pro with a line transfer as an existing Xfinity Internet customer. The store employee Matthew told me I wasn’t eligible for the iPhone promotional offers until I had been on an unlimited plan for two months. Trusting him, I transferred my line — only to find out later from the store manager that this was completely false. Because of this misinformation, I’m now ineligible for the promotions I should have received (which would have saved me hundreds of dollars), and it took me hours in the store just to have everything sorted out. It’s clear that Xfinity does not properly train its employees, and customers are paying the price.
