We swapped our phone service when told that we could add a line for $20 and recieve a free phone last year. Well.. we decided to add the line and found out not only were we paying $40 on our service, but we also only recieve the phone for free if we stay we use the phone and service for 2 years. The phone began to glitch, so we went into the Auburn location last night and asked if they could fix it or send us a new or refurbished phone, when they gave us this information. The woman then proceeded to tell us we can pay off the $300 on the phone as well as pay for an upgrade. Not only are they short and unwilling to work with us to get a working phone or replacement, but they also provided false advertisement by telling us the phone was free and line would cost $20. We are extremely disappointed in xfinity mobile.

He went above and beyond helping me get it figured out and explaining the process every step of the way, I ended up having to go back in a couple days later and had my son with me who gets fidgety when sitting around and Elijah even found a way to entertain him during the process. 10/10 recommend asking to see Elijah when going into the Auburn store!
