We just went back to see if we could lower our bill since our yearly promotion expired. Today she was rude, condescending and just plain nasty. After returning the modem the girl working refused to give a receipt showing product return and refund. I was then called buy xfinity the next day as to why the modem hadn't been returned... Go with literally any other Wi-Fi service provider if you don’t like hassle.
