More to it than that not my fault but you get the pic. Overcharging short notice etc
- SLSharon Lee6 days ago4.0Lady at store door told me "we don't do virus issues." Which may be true but my phone was being bombarded with ads trying to sell antivirus apps which I didn't really need. When I asked to see a technician anyway, I waited an hour. The tech said she would check it out and within half an hour she had everything working great. It had been generating too many notifications, had unnecessary apps, and needed an update. I'm glad I insisted on seeing a tech. I think if we buy an expensive phone from you, it should be a courtesy to at least review the phone for a problem before turning someone away. I will add that Melissa, the technician was fantastic. She was patient, knowledgeable and reviewed the problem, then within 20-30 minutes, she proceeded to fix it.

He went above and beyond to assist us with an issue we were having with our cable that we had spent 2 days on the phone with customer service trying to correct. He took the time to explain and fixed the problem in minutes. He even went over or plans with us and helped us pick a plan that better fit or needs and budget. He assisted us with transferring our cell phones to Xfinity as well and made the process so easy. He even called the next day to ensure everything was working correctly and to ensure we were happy. It was nice to work with an actual person face to face and he was so patient explaining things to someone who is not tech savvy. It was so nice working with him.
