- JLJohn LeonardDec 19, 20251.0I had an extremely hard time getting through the phone tree and long wait times to talk to an agent to discuss billing issues. The answers I received over multiple calls were not correct and after dropping a mobile line and Internet service my remaining 2 lines on the mobile plan my bill was larger than ever. Xfinity does not have a quality business process, is full of issues that is clearly not geared toward meeting customer expectations, they're only interested in their bottom line. I had to move my mobile provider to another carrier and my bill is much lower and customer service is consistently been great, available, trustworthy and customer friendly. If you're currently with Xfinity I recommend switching ASAP and save yourself time, money and frustration....if you're not an Xfinity customer yet avoid them like the plague.
