Michael and his store arethe best way we found to navigate Xfinity’s complex and many times difficult customer service support. Michael has been able to easily resolve issues, sell us new phones when we could not get the same support from calling Xfinity’s phone customer support. All we have to do is go into the store, hope Michael is present. See his friendly and supportive self, and ask him for assistance. Try that with Xfinity customer service. We are not the only ones getting excellent support from Xfinity from Michael and the store. When I was in the store yesterday, Michael has his own following who asked for him. All of whom are treated with a smile and they return the favorable support with a smile. Michael is definitely a diamond in the rough. He will be the person we will go to, as we have done many times in the past to get the support we need from Xfinity. Cheers to Michael, and thanks again for your wonderful support.
