    The representative was very helpful after I had just spent hours having a nightmare experience with Xfinity’s online support, talking to live agents who completely ignored the issue I was experiencing. Their reps just kept offering me new services and adding them onto my bill (I ended up with multiple 300 Mbps services that I didn’t need and they even temporarily downgraded my 2 Gbps service for some reason!). Fed up with the online support (and without home internet because Xfinity’s online support’s incompetence), I went to the store to see if they could help. When I told the store representative my issue, it was resolved promptly and I was out the door within several minutes and came home to working internet. I would give 5 stars, but the issue itself was because of Xfinity’s lackluster and fraudulent online customer support. I don’t really want to lend my support to a company that attempts to fraud its loyal customers, but the store representative was very helpful after having such a horrible experience.

    I went into the local Xfinity store in Winchester thinking I would never have service at my house! Shawn met me at the door and explained the situation to me way better then everyone on the phone. He took about 3 hours of time solving my issues and I left the store with service. I recommend doing business with shawn.

    I have much gratitude for Brandon. We were supposed to have Xfinity service on October 17. A tech was supposedly scheduled, but never showed. After numerous hours and days and tech reschedules working with the customer service number and chat agents and all other things Xfinity, that was absolutely horrible. I walked into the store, ready to cancel my service . Brandon handled my aggravation with kindness and asked me to give him a chance to schedule a tech appointment. Since Internet options are limited I told him I would give him a chance. Up Sunday Resolve the issue and all is well I highly recommend Issues with Xfinity to walk into an Xfinity store because they’re online Service is absolutely atrocious.
