Other days you come here and you have somebody who hates their job and hates their life and doesn't give a damn about helping you, including when you're a new customer with a brand new line and a brand new phone that arrived defective and you sit there for 2 hours speaking to customer service over the phone because the store can't do anything without over the phone customer service support, which is the reason I am no longer with Verizon right now. * To anybody listening, Verizon over the phone customer support is the worst garbage that I have ever experienced in my life and I will never go back to Verizon strictly for that reason *
