Felt more like I was talking to a con artist/used car salesman who talked around our questions and was just trying to make a sale rather than someone who could actually help us with our phones/plans. Don't suggest adding things to a plan when the customer has mentioned they're there to lower their bill. If I'm there to make my payments lower, I don't need Netflix or Hulu or whatever. Also, if you want to make faces regarding how much customers are frustrating you, you should probably go in the back and do that instead of waiting for me to turn around because somebody else will notice and say something, as my mother did.
