I dont remember the name of the district manager but he was wonderful as well. Joseph helped me get the Netflix package ( way cheaper than what i pay through netflix) , a new phone, and the disney + package ( again way cheaper than what I pay. It's about 1/2 the cost ). Highly recommend. They've always treated me and my grandmother with respect and kindness ! I will never go anywhere else. I drive out of my way to ho here because I know they care ! Great service ! 10 out of 10

We were told they did not sell batteries and given a sales pitch on how to lower our bill and to purchase a new phone. We told William we would probably purchase a battery elsewhere to try before purchasing a new phone. His response was to slam his chair in, tell us that if we wanted to waste our money, he didn't care and then proceeded to say "you do you" and walked away. Very unprofessional. Being 25 year customers, we expect better from Verizon. We did fill out a survey that Verizon sent us asking about our visit but did not hear back after requesting a call.
