  Go to the verizon across from Lewis Gale... Logan was the best. Never go to Valleyview again. Salem locations are the only ever to give you the nest service in my experience.

  For the record, I've been a Verizon customer for approximately two decades. I work in law. I've paid a premium to Verizon because, previously, Verizon had the best network and the best customer service. That premium was worth it previously, but that is no longer the case. This morning, without warning, Verizon suspended all of our lines for "non-payment", which is insane because our payments are auto-debited, and all payments due were debited as Verizon saw fit. I called Verizon several times from my cell, and was redirected to their financial services phone tree. Every time, it demanded I pay $70.82 before I could talk to anyone, and then it hung up on me. So I figured they'd been hacked. But I was wrong: Verizon had not been hacked. I burned gas and time to go to the nearest Verizon store. I waited at the store listening to other customers with similar problems. When my turn came, I discovered the local staff are good for nothing, except for selling you a new phone and taking your money. You want to know why our account was suspended? Like I said, Verizon wasn't hacked. They said there was no glitch in their system. They said it was a miscellaneous charge for $70.82. They had genuinely charged it. But they didn't auto-debit it; they didn't put it on any bill; and now they plan to bill me $20 per line as a "reconnect" fee. Verizon deliberately suspended our service over a miscellaneous charge of $70.82, despite us consistently paying hundreds of dollars each and every month for two decades. I've been paying Verizon a premium price for less than premium service. So I'm switching to T-Mobile because we need reliable comms. Free latest-generation iPhones and unlimited service sounds great at $50 per month, compared to the unreliable service we're now getting from Verizon and for which we're paying a premium price. Verizon broke my trust, killed our comms without warning. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Not again, Verizon. Your time enjoying my business is coming to an end.

  My mom stopped by today and needed help with her phone. Jenna was amazing. I live a few hours away and tried to help over the phone. Thank goodness there are still people who provide great customer service. It is very few and far between. Mom purchased some accessories and I am glad to know she has a place to go to that will treat her well. Thank you!!
