They don't even ask if I had an appt and I was 3rd through the door. They then helped other people first and took a lady who walked in after me get new equipment. Highly recommend not coming here unless you have hours to spare.

A part of me is embarrassed for Comcast / Xfinity and the other part is angry that I still pay them as a provider. It's time to move on. #Verizon

I went to the store to get my phone fixed because I was having some issues came to the store no one greeted me no one said I'd be with you in a moment or anything stood there for 20 minutes nobody said anything there were other customers that have been in there for over an hour and no one acknowledged them or said anything to them. I had to speak up for everyone and let them know that this was unacceptable. Xfinity you really need to work on your customer service and training your workers how to provide excellent customer service for your customers especially when they're paying so much money for technology. Xfinity you need to do better.
