I waited, got put on the phone with Verizon telephone support, and accomplished nothing in this store except for being told to move and getting the stink eye. I suggest all the employees here go to the Midlothian turnpike location and take basic customer service training, The Midlothian store is busy but they are polite and get things accomplished.

Today I got charged for nothing and they don’t refund my money. Don’t recommend this service.
