- LALucas Anderton6 days ago1.0After I sat on a waitlist for 30 minutes in store, they told me they couldn’t help me because I’m on a business line and not the owner of the account. I was just at another Verizon store three days ago and they got past that by sending an automated text to one of the authorized owners of the account and by asking me the business PIN. This store told it wasn’t possible and walked away. Would be cool if they would tell you that before you sit on a waitlist.

I waited, got put on the phone with Verizon telephone support, and accomplished nothing in this store except for being told to move and getting the stink eye. I suggest all the employees here go to the Midlothian turnpike location and take basic customer service training, The Midlothian store is busy but they are polite and get things accomplished.
