- NTNelson Torres5 days ago1.0This experience has made me seriously re-evaluate my phone service altogether. I’m not sure what’s worse—having to sign in just to ask a simple question, or seeing more employees standing around than actually helping customers. Most of them were on their phones instead of assisting people who were clearly waiting. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. Verizon seriously needs to conduct a customer experience evaluation here and see for themselves where their money is going and how their employees are representing the company.

Boy, was that wrong decision. I was told they don’t help Business Accounts. That is crazy to me especially when Verizon tells you to go to the store. I have been a business customer since 2009. No more. I am leaving.

Feels like once the employee realized I was there for service and not a purchase they said whatever they could to not help and make me call in my issue. Refused to verify a business account by account # and email verification, id. Told me it could only be verified by phone. Called customer service, held for a long time then had them tell me there was no reason they should not have been able to verify by acct # and email. Asked for supervisor and was told they would tell me the same thing and thst she has been there for 10 years. This is my second poor experience at this location. The first time i went to return equipment, i was turned away because they didnt have boxes. So I called customer service and they sent me a box but no label. Took the equipment to this location again and was told they didn't need the box. If no commission is involved they could care less about you. No respect for customers time or frustrations. Just make it someone elses problem.
