- EAEmily AhlstromMay 23, 20251.0This Verizon store provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I went to pick up a new phone but am not an account manager, so they refused to help. I understand that there is company policy, but when a customer spends 45 minutes in store trying to jump through all the hoops to be added as an account manager and the app continues to prevent them from doing so, then a good customer service rep would help find another way. A policy like this is there to protect the customer, not to be an excuse for employees. I had the account manager on the phone giving verbal consent and able to give any form of identification, but they still refused. Do not expect employees here to help you if you have anything beyond the simplest request.
