Even though we didn’t end up buying the iPhones that day, Masih was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions carefully, and made sure we fully understood our options. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and respectful in customer service these days. Thank you, Masih, for your time and excellent service — we’ll definitely be back!

- MLMyrna LunnSep 10, 20255.0The absolutely worst business I've ever dealt with. My husband passed in March. I notified Verizon April 1 (by phone). They billed Auto Pay April. I sent them a certified death certificate. I didn't notice at the time, but they continued to bill ( auto pay) May, June, July. I reached out and the bank stopped the autopsy and refunded. Verizon continued to Invoice. Each month I wrote letter stating my husband passed March. I tried repeated to call. Could not get help. Finally went to gainesville Verizon store. He sent me to Manassas. They couldn't find any account for him. Finally said oh that account was closed for non payment. $ 745.00. HAHAHA This week I got letter from collection agency! I called agency. They are sorry my husband died but now his estate can pay for 5 months service after his death. Only he used the phone. I don't have Veruzon. Poor customer service. No way to resolve issues. UPDATE I again requested written confirmation of amount owed. A credit collection company sent duplicate invoices! I received invoices for April, May, June, July, August totaling $743.28 VERIZON is a horrible company with incompetent staffing. Because my husband is deceased debt, or in this case, wrongful debt must be resolved. Horrible business.
