- SMStephen MarksJan 2, 20261.0Horrible customer service. We modified our plan and we're provided a list of channels we would get. Under the new plan, Paramount Network was listed. We have a copy of it from the customer support representative. After switching plans and restarting the box, we don't have this channel. We tried tech support and got nowhere. We even have the copy of the list of channels we should have. We were told we only can fix the situation by going to a much higher plan. So basically we were lied to by Keona. This is a classic bait and switch. I can not believe Xfinity would do such deceitful practices. Other providers are in our area and we can not wait to switch internet service and start streaming what we choose. Filing a complaint with the FCC now to hopefully draw attention to this.

I’m the trustee on the estate and I have gotten nothing but a runaround. I went to the local Xfinity store with all my documents for the trust and death certificate and was told that it was out of their region so they could not help. So because I do not have his account number they won’t help. I’ve called 3 times and they have my information along with my email, they know he died but won’t help. Told me I need to go to Corvallis Oregon from my home in Virginia to go to the Xfinity store there to handle this, Worst customer service ever
