    One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. What should have been a quick process was incredibly rude & condescending and took me by surprise. Our account was supposed to have notes about a waived activation fee due to other issues and it did not apparently. Customer service stated they spoke to the store directly but I understand things get mixed up. That’s not the problem, the problem was the blonde, unwelcoming woman who was sniffling sick with a lack of proper communication & should simply not be in customer service. Her responses were cold and very off putting and rude. And the manager who didn’t come out to assist at all. I’ve been in the service industry 20 years and a manager for 10 and I’d have to say she should find a new career. We all have “off days” but this was a very off putting experience and had no need for us to feel like we were an inconvenience.

    Terrible customer service — unacceptable experience. We’ve had both our business and personal services with Verizon for years, but this visit left us shocked. I came into the store because no one could assist me over the phone, only to be treated dismissively in person as well. The manager and an employee named Moisin were both completely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. When I asked for assistance, I was told, “We can’t do anything for you” — no effort, no solutions, just a poor attitude. Why work in customer service if you’re not willing to help customers? This is not how loyal clients should be treated. Extremely disappointing.

    Zabi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable today. I needed to figure out how to put updates on my phone so it would work in my CarPlay again. He was patient and kind. I want to give him recommendation for this kind treatment and his politeness to me. He also explained new phones and my options for new plans. This store has helped me a weak times in the past and they are all very professional and easy to work with, so thank you Verizon! .

    Very helpful and professional, with good senses of humor. Replaced the screen protector on my cellphone after two other Verizon stores refused, and did it perfectly. Fariba was especially helpful, and showed great customer service. I'm making this my regular Verizon store!
