I came into the store because no one could assist me over the phone, only to be treated dismissively in person as well. The manager and an employee named Moisin were both completely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. When I asked for assistance, I was told, “We can’t do anything for you” — no effort, no solutions, just a poor attitude. Why work in customer service if you’re not willing to help customers? This is not how loyal clients should be treated. Extremely disappointing.

He was patient and kind. I want to give him recommendation for this kind treatment and his politeness to me. He also explained new phones and my options for new plans. This store has helped me a weak times in the past and they are all very professional and easy to work with, so thank you Verizon! .
