We had an appointment and it started with poor communication & bad attitude. We had hoped my coming that we could have our issues resolved. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and taken care of in a kind and professional manner. Courteous, prompt, no pushback or sales tactics. I am SO impressed. If my service from Xfinity was always this pleasant I would have stuck with it. So much better than all our previous experiences of cancelling on the phone! If this is any example of typical customer service, I'd definitely recommend coming here for your Xfinity needs.
