    I really wish there was a zero star but I have to give them a one since that is the lowest option. I bought a new phone and after over ten days they still refused to help me in the store. Live chat and speaking to an agent, if you could figure out how to do that, didn't amount to anything as well. They would say to go to the store and they would tell you to call customer service. One of the employees told me that she would be right back and she went out the back door and went home. I'll never go back to them and I don't recommend them to anyone. I called T-Mobile and got a human being in two rings! I now have T-Mobile for Wi-Fi and cell phone. You snooze you lose, Xfinity!

    Had to give at least one star, because the scale won't allow you to rate a "0". I'm not very happy with the way they handle business at the Harrisonburg store at all! Say one thing, have you thinking they are legit, then change up what they told you, give you incorrect info about services, etc and overcharge you! Such as, you can pick which phone you want, out of the two options they allow, which are low end phones, set up service with them, then tell you, we can't let you have These phones, but we'll "Give You, a New phone... Which aren't at the store and you can come back tomorrow to pick them up, only to go back and find that they have once again deceived you, by telling you, you now, have to go to Walmart, to Purchase, yet, an additional phone, telling you that you must Return Your Current Phone, in which you are using and still paying to have service on, and they tell you to let them do a factory reset, in order to keep your #, and to get your money back, after just buying new phones with another carrier two months earlier, which were defective! Now, you're stuck with an empty phone!! Got internet service, a box and unable to use it, and being charged $55.+(?)/mo, ( Instead of the advertised cost of $14.95/mo), plus an unknown amount for phone service, because we were given a price, then they changed it! All this, Just, to have a phone, and Still dealing with the frustrating after effects of Trusting Xfinity!!! Which I Do Not Recommend to Anyone! They Clearly Are, Out to make money only, and Do Not Value their customers.

    This location is a nightmare. They are unhelpful, lack any kind of knowledge regarding their own products and services, and their customer service is nonexistent. I went a month ago to get service. It was a quick and painless experience. The girl who assisted was very nice, but she activated a phone line under my account without my knowledge or consent. I only needed the equipment to get wifi connected! I left with an additional charge on my bill that I wouldn't catch until about 10 days ago. After going 40 minutes from home this morning to the ONLY location for miles, there was a line forming before the doors even opened. I was given a phone number that I could've gotten from Google! The other associates were just as unhelpful. "We don't do that here." "We don't handle that here." "We don't do [insert ANY helpful thing you would go to the xfinity store for]." What do you do?! When I finally got a representative on the phone, she was the most helpful and kind person! The location gets no stars. NONE! They get negative 5 stars. The only stars are for the lovely woman on the phone who handled my problem.
