I can't speak much to the staff at this location, but if you get service here, know that when you have a problem, you'll only be able to talk to people in a call center in India who are constantly trying to upsell you while being utterly unable to help. Internet service is never the speed they promise. They make it an incredibly time-consuming hassle to cancel service, and then call you back to try to sell you on their services again every month.

I bought a new phone and after over ten days they still refused to help me in the store. Live chat and speaking to an agent, if you could figure out how to do that, didn't amount to anything as well. They would say to go to the store and they would tell you to call customer service. One of the employees told me that she would be right back and she went out the back door and went home. I'll never go back to them and I don't recommend them to anyone. I called T-Mobile and got a human being in two rings! I now have T-Mobile for Wi-Fi and cell phone. You snooze you lose, Xfinity!
