I wasn't going to write a review at all but, I returned my router on 10/27/25 and when I walked in the two clerks made me feel like they could barely be bothered in helping me. They just continued their conversation as they scanned in my router to be returned. Which you know I don't care that much but whatever. I asked if I could get a receipt, and the clerk assured me that I'm okay and I don't need anything. That seemed the least of my worries. Anyway, he never cancelled my service, 4 phone calls, and several hours on the phone with Comcast/Xfinity later they are continuing to bill me and have no records of my equipment being scanned and returned. THEN weirdly enough someone used my credentials to purchase a moto g 2025 online with Verizon the very next day 10/28/2025 at 1143 UTC which is quite a coincidence. If there is a Kenneth Barbar Kpakima that works at your location I would highly recommend you reviewing your cameras while he's working and/or open an investigation. I doubt they would be stupid enough to use their real name to order a phone in someone else's account. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do but continue to waste my time, even to write this whole thing. Basically, this whole interaction just spiraled into something I never thought would by returning a router. Again, I feel like there's some sort of scam going on with opening a new line for free, disconnecting the line, then selling the phone for cash. This is 100% fraudulent behavior, and I hope they get caught!
