The retail worker at this location was rude and kept interrupting me and asking questions then as I answered she would interrupt AGAIN and jump to a false conclusion then when I asked for someone else to help she said no one else can help me … then when I told her the facts she got frustrated and walked away to get a manager, (I literally just asked for a manager and she told me no ) and he came out and told me my options and scheduled me a technician appointment so easily, he was very helpful but then the same girl we had a issue with walked up and hands him a paper stating EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD HER !!! And she told me I was wrong and that there’s NO WAY what I said was “possible “ … she was WRONG , and mad about it . She was impolite and unprofessional and just a nasty human being for speaking to me the way she did ! Do better, I’ll pray for her .

I haven't dealt with their phone service but if it's anything like their internet or customer service than it's absolutely horrendous. I will throw them a bone and say their cable Is okay, although way expensive. Want to talk to an actual person? Forget it. Want issues resolved quickly? Forget it. Customer service is non existent with them and they don't care at all. I hate leaving long reviews because people never read them but dang man. This is probably top 10 worst companies in USA. Always outsages with internet. Always increasing pricew, always rude or unwilling to help. The maintenance people that come out to the property to fix issues make them worse or put a bandaid on it in hopes you forget about it. Best of luck if you get Xfinity. I promise you you'll be disappointed
