    Never got my reservations correct. Most were not polite; some were. My 5th time back to Danville store in 2 weeks. Not much on phone works.

    Joey Del Popolo aka big beard was amazing.He was so kind and helpful.I was so relaxed it seemed like it took no time at all.It was like visiting a friend and getting something important done at the same time. Incredible! Would recommend him to everyone.

    At first there was only two rep helping customers at 1:30 on a Wednesday. Around 2:00 more reps came which shorten my time to abt 45 minutes.

    After arriving this afternoon to what appeared to be 11 people in front of us and a very short staff. Finally, after going back up to the front, we got out of queue and just made an appointment to come back at 5:30 in the evening that same day. We get there to show them that the BRAND NEW phone that we have used three times the screen has a giant blob in the middle of it. We were made to feel as if the manager had never seen this unusual circumstance before and that there was nothing that they could do. He made us feel as if we had done something wrong by saying "I want to be careful with my words so that I don't sound accusatory, but basically you did this to the phone." I immediately went online to reviews only to find out that this was such a consistent problem with this model of phone that Samsung has waived any charges of fixing them and that this had been an ongoing problem with these phone since day one. I think that the manager should educate himself more or be more forthcoming about what is going on with the phones that his store sales. Unhappy.... 1 out of 10 do not recommend. On a positive note, I can't remember his name, but he has a long beard was very kind and helpful. That is all I have good to say.

    Justin James disrespectful manager my daughter-in-law put me on her account to pick up a box for her and her children I went to the store three times is it supposed to have the box up front for pickup and go of course they didn't after the third time so I asked to speak with the manager of course I signed in he refused to take my information to even see when the order was put in which it was put in a week prior to me coming to the store I've called I've called and spoke with customer service I had the text messages from the chat I also recorded him telling me that regardless of what I'm like no better than no one else and I mind you I am a African-American female and I tried to explain to this gentleman that if you take my information down you will be able to see what was put in the notes he tells me no but he keeps telling me that if it was a order it would be put up front I said look I asked him to please take my information and my phone number so he can pull up the account to see what was actually supposed to be a front for me instead of me having to wait another 2 hours each time and never get to see anyone because they'll take that long and that store and of course they have other customers and I understand and I respect that but Comcast you have the most disrespectful and he smells so bad his body odor was atrocious I would never recommend no one to deal with Xfinity / Comcast store and I hope a manager I'm high up seize this because I have the video. And yes the owner made a response but I cannot respond to what he stated for me to do up under this post / review I tried to use the link it says sorry link is no longer available so now that's telling you that Xfinity store a Comcast don't give a damn about their customers in the product still has not been picked up you need to pay me for my gas coming back and forth from job of Virginia all the way to Danville three times and if anybody wants to know why I found the way that I do or nasally or horse or voice all day I had covid and this is how I have been sounding ever since covid
