    Girl with the tattoos told me to leave a review if my service was good. Amazing service, I came in 1/6/2026, walked in when it was slow, and was greeted by her pretty face. The sweetest soul, kept my promise. Thank you

    Aliesha is the best freaking employee you guys have there! Her honesty, her interest to help others is amazing, and she’s very empathetic. She’s my main rep to deal with here in this store. If you had to choose someone to work with please ask for Aliesha!! We need her to stay

    I sat in this store for thirty minutes and was never acknowledged. I did of course politely is there was a check in of some sort. I knew they were busy and expected to wait--no big deal. I was told twice that they would get around to getting everyone's name. They never did. Some people has already been sitting in the store for 45 minutes awaiting help. Most of the employees showed no sense of urgency, having little conversations with one another (although the people leaving seemed happy with the service they received ) They made no attempt to triage customers like other stores do--handle the easy questions and send them on their way so they could deal with the complex issues. They were also all dressed differently, some wearing hats, etc No one looked sloppy but they looked more like they were headed to the club and not to work. It was hard to distinguish between customer and employee. I have my service with Xfinity but based on this interesting experience, it might be a good idea to with someone else. They were not rude. They just seemed poorly organized and little motivated to move things along.

    Went to this store. Was told Xfinity would buy out my contract with my current provider up to $830 and that i would receive a gift card for my buyout within 5 days. During the visit the assistant manager called my phone after transferring to test the connection and then wrote down his phone number reassuring me that if i needed anything to call/text him if i don’t receive the gift card to pay off my contract. I tried contacting him and received no response. During this visit he also asked that i log into my prior provider’s account app and he went to taking care of everything from there which i never even got to see what he was doing or what happened, after this i was never able to log into my prior provider’s account app again, and my account was not fully transferred and continues to receive charges from my prior provider. I do not recommend listening to them if they offer you a buyout and do not let them go through your phone.

    Customer service is ok but they lied to me saying they cancelled my service at my old location but left it on for me to get another bill the following month even after giving the equipment back to them the same day never going there again wish I could give no stars or negative stars for this location
