So, in the case of a simple upgrade, they will assign a new number to your phone, and then "transfer" it on the back end. Problem is, they do not do this correctly, and the consumers end up with an inflated phone bill, and hours of their own time trying to fix this with the 888 number. I have spent 12 hours total in the store, to which i was finally told they cannot fix it, and I will need to get my billing and "extra number" fixed on my own. This is poor service, management doesn't care and obviously encourages this tactic. i am beyond frustrated, and advise anyone needing a new phone to seek out an alternate Verizon store, as this is not the one you want to do business with.
