When asking the staff member that was working if anyone else was in the store to help us he just said thank you for your patience. Well we’re very patient. None of us are gonna wait an hour or longer when the store should’ve had more staff members.

Standing in line almost an hr just to pay a bill and the guy in the back has been with the same customer talking about the bands he's in .. they gym and everything else. Meanwhile the lady upfront has been getting all the customers in and out. The removal of the self pay kiosk was a very bad idea. People have other things to do with their life then stand in a line all day while the customer service reps here sit and conversate about their personal life. I hate this store and more stores need to be open if this is how its going to be
