- DNDebbie Nelson3 days ago1.0I turned in the extra unopened modem that Xfinity sent me 2 months ago to my local Xfinity store and they continue to charge me $15.00 for it (2x$15.00!!) for a modem I don't have anymore and have NEVER used. I've repeatedly called customer service and after literally hours on the phone with multiple people, they can't resolve this issue. The man I turned it into at the store said as soon as he scanned it, it would be taken off my bill. Either he never scanned it or he scanned it and someone keeps charging me for it anyway. Either way I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity to the point were I am ready to cancel my service!! This is ridiculous!

For real! Says it won’t be back on for hours. They keep trying to get me to switch my cell phone to them, as if! They can’t even do cable and internet right.

I went into this location to upgrade and was told to come the next weekend to be able to upgrade, make an appointment come the next weekend only to be told I couldn’t upgrade and had to wait a few more weeks. Zak gave me a card with his work cell phone number and I have been texting him and still haven’t heard back. On October 22nd he told me he was off and was going to find out the next day if our account was eligible for an upgrade yet and I still haven’t heard back even after multiple text messages to him after the 22nd. Going into the store with 3 kids is a pain but looks like I’m going to have to. At this point my experience with Xfinity Mobile has been awful and I’m really regretting even switching.

I met with Zac Campbell twice today. Zac is a great example of what customer service should be! He was attentive, efficient and friendly. He turned a dreadful process into an excellent experience, and for that I am grateful. Please recognize him and appreciate his work. Best~Christina

I left Ting thinking I could get a better rate at Xfinity and after saying they could beat it they proceeded to upcharge me in all sorts of ways they hadn't told me in advance and then refuse help when I tried to ask about why I was being charged a different rate than I was promised. They claimed a promo they told me would be applied to my account "wasn't running at the time" - not sure if it's incompetence or greed but either way I'd advise anyone to stay away!
