Office was cheerful, staff were friendly, and exchange was easy. However commissioning our modem was complex and tedious, because our account was so old and hoary. I spent hours on phone with tech support verifying numbers and credentials.

I've repeatedly called customer service and after literally hours on the phone with multiple people, they can't resolve this issue. The man I turned it into at the store said as soon as he scanned it, it would be taken off my bill. Either he never scanned it or he scanned it and someone keeps charging me for it anyway. Either way I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity to the point were I am ready to cancel my service!! This is ridiculous!

For real! Says it won’t be back on for hours. They keep trying to get me to switch my cell phone to them, as if! They can’t even do cable and internet right.
