We are talking $400 off an iPhone 16 Pro and $500 off a Samsung Galaxy S25+, and 50% off insurance for both phones for the first 3 months. Chris was the representative who sold us the deal. He rushed through it because it was his last day before supposedly moving to a different store in Silver Spring. Eventually we worked it out to get the iPhone Pro 16 discount applied but he nor Xfinity seems to be able to get the Samsung Galaxy S25+ or the half off insurance for both phones discounts applied. Xfinity mobile customer service said that the agent did not apply the discount when signing up for service and we are no longer eligible since the promotion has passed. I would have never switched over to Xfinity and bought a brand new phone that is a year old at full price. Also, we were given no documentation when signing up for service. No emails or paperwork. Another issue was that we signed up for internet service and gave a date for when we wanted it to start. Chris said we wouldn't be charged until we received a modem and activated the service. Instead we were charged since the date of sign up and we had to call Xfinity service to get that fixed. Be careful if you go here. Recommend you don't. Chris should be fired.

The customer service rep said “the DC store is even worse”. Encouraged me to make an appointment ahead of time. Ha ha. There’s no number for the store. Everything I’ve come to expect from comcrap. Two stars because the employee who did eventually help me was honest and helpful.
