- GFGary FalkDec 9, 20251.0My service went out. Since I couldn't call I chatted with an agent you offered a temp number, I said I didn't want a temp number twice. He tried to send a new eSiM, failed and unilaterally inactivated my number. Later when I couid call I was told it would take a while to reestablish the number, but when I checked back the next day, I was told they had "lost the number" and would have to give me a new one. The complications from this inexcusable error continue to cost me time. They have offered $20/month. As pathetic as their service!!!

Their customer service is horrendous and lacks training in all aspects and areas. I upgraded to the 17PM, and came in the store to retrieve a pre paid shipping label, only to find out that the label they gave me turned into a DISASTER. My phone that I sent back(part of trade in credit) has been stuck “in transit” since October 3rd and hasn’t moved nor has it been delivered…. So where is my phone?! I went in the store to mention this issue to the employees and they had to submit a service ticket to determine what the next steps will be. Now… I could’ve raised my voice, screamed, cursed, but I didn’t because I know it doesn’t make the situation better. I was calm, cool and collected as I brought this issue to the staff. Apparently, this issue happened to another customer and came in right after me. Employee told me they weren’t nice about it…. This apparently seems to be a BIG issue for Xfinity Mobile and it needs to be resolved QUICK because I will not lose out on $1100 trade in credit, all because of a company issue. It’s not my fault and will REFUSE to be penalized for it. When I was with Verizon I NEVER had this issue. I should’ve never left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND XFINITY MOBILE!!!!!!!!!
