Without any email, warning, or notification, they charged $603 from my account. When I contacted their support team, they only said, “You used more internet than your limit,” even though I never received a single alert or warning from them. If their system is reliable, why don’t they send notifications when usage is getting close to the limit? This is completely unprofessional and lacks transparency. This company’s system is not trustworthy, and they can easily charge large amounts from your account without notifying you. I hope other users read this and think twice before choosing their service, so they don’t face the same problem I did.

I was greeted warmly and professionally by Jermani, who listened to my story with respect. She added me to the waitlist for service, apologizing for the delay, and brought me a bottle of water. The wait was long but not unpleasant. I watched the staff juggle a constant stream of customers with support from the store manager. (I am sorry I did not ask her name.) I was assisted by Brian Renderos, who investigated my problem (charged twice for one internet account) with the assistance of online billing staff. He hung in there with me until I was able to meet with Leo, and online customer service representative. Leo and the store manager worked collaboratively to investigate, and solved my problem. I was pleased with the outcome and deeply appreciate the kindness and professionalism I received and saw given to other customers. Great job, and kuddos to the manager for creating and supporting the staff. This store should be the training model!
