  DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!! Save yourself from an unpleasant, unnecessary horror story. We just walked out of this store after being verbally mistreated for inquiring about a service they promote but don’t offer. The manager, a short, mean-looking Mexican lady pretty much told us to leave the store. The poor children on the floor have no idea what they are doing (lack of training), and customer service here is gone to the dogs. You’ve been warned. (The store at Fashion Place is the store you really want to go to!).

  The worst Xfinity place have been deal with it the kids. They’re not training to be customer service. They don’t know what they doing and the oldest lady which has a really mean face that she looks like is the one in charge. She gets mad at help them and she’s not even trying at all. She just wanna get sales and she doesn’t help anybody well with the problems. I don’t blame on the kids. I think as their not being training well that’s the problem and that old lady shouldn’t be there doing customer service very very bad place to go get help.

  I've gone here before and had very similar experiences. So I'm not sure why I continue to go here. The workers are timid and some times don't have the answers to my questions and then have to go ask other workers. But it was extremely rude that mid sentence, another customer came up and was demanding that their questions get answered while I am in the middle of getting my questions answered. It may not be entirely the employee's fault, but they don't have to engage that person and can finish up with them when they are done with me. I feel like it is a first come first serve situation. I was very taken aback by them allowing this behavior to take place. Shame on that customer as well for interrupting and not waiting their turn. This is probably the worst of what happened today, but I also get the impression that they are always bothered by my questions. I have to ask them, I don't know everything and isn't that what they are there for? Lastly, I do give grace for new employees and if they don't always know the answer, but I like to get employees that know their stuff. Thank you. I hope this didn't come across as too harsh.
