    I went in to their store and cancelled my xfinity account several weeks ago. A few days after I cancelled, I was notified that my xfinity monthly charge was being processed, so my account was NOT actually cancelled. I contacted customer support and they said my account was not cancelled and they couldn’t refund the charge yet because it was still processing, but that they would go ahead and cancel the account like it should have been. I went into the store tonight to see if everything was processed so I could get the refund, and they told me my account still hadn’t been cancelled and also they couldn’t do refunds in store? That seems like something they should be able to do. Never heard of a company not being able to do refunds in store. So now I have to contact support yet again. The representative said she cancelled my account this time, but we shall see. Very frustrated with xfinity right now.

    Be careful of this place. Tried to get an Apple Watch for my daughter for Christmas, that was it. The staff was somewhat helpful getting it set up. Until it became a hassle… it’s was as if they have never activated a watch before. They were trying to troubleshoot their own ways, which ended up with my device being deactivated and now I’m on the hook for $300 for the watch that doesn’t work. They give me the corporate number, but they say their hands are tied when they’re the ones troubleshooting. The manager was no help. The other staff was on their phones playing games on their phones dropping F-bombs with kids in the store. Nice! No one wanted to right their wrong. The staff is untrained and needs better guidance from corporate. I walked out the store today for the 5th time with a watch in my hand that doesn’t work that cost me $300 that I can’t give my daughter for Christmas and not a care in the world from them. You’re better off driving 20 - 30 minutes to the next Xfinity store for better customer service. These guys can’t even turn on a watch!
