- OOOde6 days ago1.0I've been a loyal Comcast customer for over 20 years. After getting frustrated with customer service on the phone because they don't speak English and they're not even in the states, I came to this location I nperson to seek some relief from my over $300 a month bill. In retired and on a fixed income. The only solution I was able to get from these incompetent staff members is that I needed to terminate my current Comcast service and come back in 3 days and sign up as a new customer. At that point I would be able to get some new member discounts for 5 years. If there are discounts available..... Why can't those discounts applied to my account NOW without having to play all these games? This is the biggest scam I have ever seen Google fiber is about to get a new customer.

I have—without exaggeration—spent hours trying to navigate phone calls and chats with AI assistants. The modem hasn’t arrived and it’s been nearly three weeks. It’s been promised multiple times and still isn’t here. All I’m getting for the money I’ve payed is regular attempts to make me upgrade or sign up for their cellular network. As inhuman as I’ve been unfortunate to experience.

They kept giving me wrong advice & sent me home with the wrong box. They said they would give me a credit for my trouble. It was under $2 . 24 hours later, now I'm stuck with a box that must be the only one to use and can not revert to the one with a cable, no no no.. now I must use the wifi each time I watch TV. And I'll allergic to WiFi signals when I sleep, I awake knowledgeable that it is on because a have a slight headache.. Plus each time I got a supposedly correct new box, it takes almost an hour to call to set it up.. after this weary chain of events, each time they insist on trying to set up my cell phone for a free year of service... must be a prime directive.. Did I say that the service took 24 hours with and 5 store visits?

I really wanted to try the T-mobile 5g wireless router but it's out of range. I'd rather sandpaper a wildcats toenails than set foot in a cable store. And the company store is all the way across town. Give me a break. One week ago I signed up for Xfinity. still no Internet Oh dear god I am responding to their response below: I don't have the time to waste on Xfinity. We signed up for the lowest price advertised and Xfinity is hell bent on up selling us to a higher plan. And have you tried talking to AI. When I was in DC I wound up with my own private support person in the executive office of Xfinity in Philly. I recommend it.
