- JDJohn DavisOct 10, 20251.0Staff was cordial, respectful went above and beyond duty to accommodate me...the product..the automated system..there's just to many flaws that the inconveniences out way the benefits..I had a six month run and it was the worst vendor I've ever experienced i would recommend avoiding using them as internet carrier..thats my experience it was a nightmare and im not going to even elaborate on trying to contact them by phone...

Go to tmoblie instead!
