Another guy said the only solution was to make an appointment with an Apple store (an hour away). I told him someone helped me remove the passcode before and he said I would have to wipe the phone clean. That would take at least 3 hours and with 2 young kids plus gas and wear and tear this would be very costly. Bardhi gave me a 1 minute solution I could do on my own.

Simple, easy, quick… aggressively cheap pricing and they don’t require long term contracts anymore. Tadj and Jeff are the best.. thanks guys! Phone and chat customer service still stink.. the only way to get things done is by coming in the Provo store.

I have had a line that has been checked out in my backyard that is an Xfinity line, i have called numerous times to get someone to come out and look at it because the line is drooping so far down it has become a hazard for me to work in my own backyard. NOBODY* Has come to remove it. NOBODY* Has come to look at it, and NOBODY* Has called back, i know i have a ticket with them but NOBODY* Seems to care.
