I wish I could remember his name but I'm giving him a 10 out of 10 we were there to pick up a new router and another bang that I cannot remember at the moment... I think it was an EXO box probably wrong but either way he he should be able to help with the manager's help. It worked out great. Both of them did great. Very helpful. Very kind

I finally went and asked where we were on the list. Cheyanne states we were removed from the list. Like what? As we stood there when there was seven different employees. Only three was helping customers. The others standing around talking among each other and dancing..
- TWTiffany WallOct 23, 20251.0I went in to this store because my phone was not sending messages to non xfinity or Verizon numbers. I was getting their text messages but they weren't getting mine. The employee took 5 minutes to look at my settings and said to go to best buy. I suggested maybe it's the sim card and the guy told me no. I got home to call Xfinity customer service, they sent me a new sim card in the mail, turns out, that was the problem. I went 5 days with my phone not working(2 over the weekend, 3 waiting for the sim card) because they didn't want to take the time to see if my suggestion could've been the cause. The people in the store need to become more educated on the service and how to problem solve these issues. Those 5 days of not having a working phone hurt my own business because clients couldn't get a hold of me.
