One worker just left to the back and didn’t come back out to help. They mentioned that they were training people which I understand, however, if knowing that you are training people and may move slower, why not have more people on staff to work to help with customers. Not to mention that in between customers people were just on their phones. The front desk woman (LIZ) only helped select customers, and saying to others, “we will be with you in a minute”. HORRIBLE. She got smart, with me and the property manager who I called to verify pickup of said equipment. I wish I could give it 0 stars
