  Hello, I don’t normally write reviews but felt this was necessary. 10 months ago we moved from a condo in Salt Lake to a home in Farmington. Every so often we’d lose signal and just attributed it the strong winds that Farmington gets but it became increasingly worse without winds. Called Dish Pros and indicated what happened they weren’t accommodating at all and recommended we call dish. Dish came out today and indicated that the signal was low and the satellite wasn’t secured properly. This was done at no charge from dish and yet we had to pay $70 for dish pros last fall. If you’re reading this they won’t tell you that you may be able to go direct to dish for less or no charge. Extremely disappointed that they won’t do anything to make it right.

  I went to fish pros today, to inquire about their services. I was helped by young man. His name is Trevor. He explained everything so completely. It was a pleasure to talk to someone who actually seemed like he really enjoyed his job. He was a great representative of his company I don’t do reviews, but Trevor deserves one.

  Several years ago when my wife and I were trying to decide what to do for our TV viewing we randomly called The Dish Professionals, a local company. We had heard their spokesperson, Ryan on the radio. Our phone call was answered immediately. We weren't put on hold, didn't have to push several buttons, but were received quickly by someone knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered clearly in a way we could understand. We weren't pressured nor did we feel they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. We felt comfortable and ended up having The Dish Professionals switch our TV service from Direct TV to Dish. (I have to admit, it was partly because the PAC 12 Network is on Dish and not Direct TV) The installation team came when promised and worked quickly and in a professional manner, again making sure we knew how to use the new equipment, who we could call if we had questions and didn't leave until we were satisfied with everything they had done. Since then we have had a few issues come up with our Dish service. At night we have had to call Dish customer service which goes through a series of button pushing and then you get put in a queue on hold, eventually being able to talk with someone whose English is not very good and is hard to understand but more importantly, can't seem to understand my explanation of the problem I have with the TV. When the problem arose during the day, however, I could quickly get to someone at The Dish Professionals and communicate the problem and get a resolve rather quickly. Yesterday, I got a telephone call from someone who said he was from Dish and he needed to update our software and would need $150 to be put in escrow for six months that would eventually be returned. He said this escrow was to insure that I wouldn't leave Dish service until at least then so it would justify the cost of the new software update. He then asked for a credit card number which I refused to give him. I left the conversation, but was concerned about what was happening so I decided to call The Dish Professionals and see what they knew about it. Interestingly, on the second ring, Ryan, the spokesperson mentioned above, answered the phone. I explained what had happened and he told me he thought it was a scam, but said he would get with Dish and get back to me. This he did, going way beyond what I would have expected. He then wrote up a report to Dish and shared with me what Dish does and doesn't do and what to look for in the future wIth regards to this kind of call. It's really nice to know that there are people who care about their customers - even years later. I gladly recommend The Dish Professionals. I am extremely happy and grateful we chose to work with The Dish Professionals.

  I don't write many reviews, but just had to give a shout out to Ryan and his team at the Dish Professionals. We have experienced the other satellite and cable TV options through the years but DISH has been, hands down, the best TV experience we had ever had. The fact that the product is so far superior to the others would be enough to praise DISH, but the service Ryan and his team have provided us has been off the charts GREAT! I highly recommend them.
