THIS IS MY FIRST WEEK OF SERVICES AND TWO DAYS HAVE HAD HOURS LONG OUTAGES. 1 week into my new place and they already have me looking like a joke at my remote job. I wish so badly I could go back to slc and have fiber. I have the 1 gig package and I cant even do zoom calls for work. Thats how bad this service is. And now 2 outages in a week. Its bad. Ive had to Hotspot on my phone for anything reliable. If my hoa would allow a satellite I would switch too. So when you sign up be prepared for pain. And be prepared for professional costs too if you work from home like I do.

He’s helped me a few times and we’ve always been able to seem to get along very well even when I have been very stressed out he has calmed me right down. He has a pretty sweet truck too, but I bet it’s actually slow.
