Do I mention that we couldn’t get the internet where we live. I would and will never use them again. They are the worst!!!!

- TTTakakashiOct 20, 20251.0I can never get a hold of someone and the AI they have for there bot doesn't even understand you 99% of the time they seriously need to get rid of it and have an ACTUALL person answer the phone to help people I sat for 4 hours on the phone just for the bot repeat the same thing over and over again.. its ridiculous NOT EVERYONE can make it into the store 😒 Xfinity has honestly gone to shit their internet doesn't even work half the time anymore.
