  The customer service was pretty good if I'm being honest however switching to Xfinity mobile was the wort decision I've ever made in my life! I've never been more frustrated on a daily basis The connection is the worst ever and I can't even make a phone call without having issues no matter where I am at . I will be paying my phone off with my next check and going back to Cricket!

  I came in w my mother to see about fixing her account w Xfinity in Layton ut. And she was dealing once w Colton on a Monday, on Thursday I came back in and we spoke to a Nina . THESE WORKERS WERE SO RUDE AND MEAN especially NINA to my mom who’s hard of hearing and just didn’t really Wana help us . There was an amount of money owed to my mom on Monday it was there COLTON SHOWED ON THE COMPUTER ., then on Thursday they couldn’t find it ? Nina said it DISAPPEARED-on their computer ?! The company sent out a router box to the wrong address and even had us come in to show papers on our mortgage to prove who owned the house? And still put a block on one of her homes so she can’t get service and kept the money to?! WOW THIS COMPANYS A CIRCUS NO ONE HELPS AND NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION HAS ANY IDEA WHATS GOING ON OR HOW TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . My mother suffers from ptsd and was treated poorly.

  I was canceling my service most busimess pester you ro no end about it to try and get you to stay. I was not bothered just helped and it was ao nice was out of there in under 10 minutes

  Bubba at the Layton Xfinity store went above and beyond to help us transfer our whole family's phones when we upgraded. I was there for several hours due to transferring data and changing around phone numbers for several phones and he was positive and helpful the whole time. Thank you, Bubba!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Colton at the Layton Xfinity Store I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Colton at the Layton Xfinity store. Honestly, he single handedly kept me from canceling my Xfinity internet today. After dealing with multiple Xfinity chat agents for months who kept giving me inconsistent information (I even took screenshots because of how often the details changed), I was beyond frustrated. What they told me didn’t match Xfinity policy at all, and I even showed Colton the online agents scummy lies. Colton actually took the time to listen, look into everything properly, and explain what was really going on. Not only was he honest, but he genuinely cared about fixing my internet issue instead of just pushing me off like the chat agents do. Because of Colton’s professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help, I left the store feeling relieved, respected, and staying with Xfinity. If every "Online Xfinity" employee handled customers the way Colton does, Xfinity would be a completely different (and better!) company. I’m extremely grateful for his help today. He deserves all the recognition. 🙌
