Still waiting for the phone that was supposed to be shipped to me in 2 days so I could go back and set it up. Called their call center and they were the most useless people. I’ve had to go back and forth to the store cause they don’t have a number in store which they should.

I took him to Xfinity and we were able to get a new line for him with unlimited service for only $40. He really likes his current phone so he kept his phone, got a new SIM card and unlimited service. This amount does not include tax , so let's round it up to $50. But that still a savings of $150 per month for him. He was stunned at the price difference. I've had Xfinity phone services since the first day it was available & have been exceptionally satisfied with its coverage and its value. The Xfinity rep at the Farmington, Utah, Xfinity store was able to quickly get his new account setup. The rep was personable, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. Thanks Xfinity for helping to make my disabled vet son 's life easier and significantly more affordable .
