- SWSteve Wanke5 days ago5.0I had the best customer service experience at the Xfinity Store in Draper Utah. I took my parents into Xfinity to transition their mobile service from "V" to Xfinity mobile. On day one Ben set them up with a new service plan and new phones, this was great! "V" made things very difficult for my parents to secure a transfer pin to port over their existing numbers to the new phones, including blocking texts for approvals which required a trip into a "V" corporate store to finally give us a transfer pin that had an incorrect digit and did not remove the number transfer lock. On day two, back at Xfinity, we were greeted and helped by Lily. This is where the story gets really great. First, let me say that Lily is very friendly, professional and extremely efficient! She guessed the incorrect digit on the transfer pin on the second try (that "V" confirmed twice before we left there). Then, she succeeded to get the number transfer lock removed by working with "V" who also made this difficult for her. She not only succeeded to get my parents phone numbers transferred but demonstrated exceptional customer service in the process!! Lily is a valued employee that Xfinity is blessed to have. She deserves a pay bump for the outstanding effort shown to my parents. WE ARE ALL VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

I went in asking what xFi Complete on my bill is and she started to explain it was a charge for having a technician come out and she was interrupted by a coworker saying that is not correct. She checked us in and we waited. Only for her to come back to us and tell us it is an old code and she can’t explain it. I asked to speak with someone else cause clearly she does not have the answer. She never got someone else to help us. She was rude throughout the entire process and I left still not knowing what I am being charged for. Don’t bother with this location. I’ll be visiting a different location to get the answers I need.
