I’ve tried over and over trying to get my bill taken care of this company keeps running me around saying there’s a claim out for it and never fix it for me. It’s unfortunate. This company‘s customer service is not there. You can tell. I’m just a number and they don’t care How many more times do I have to call to get help?

I had the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE in the Xfinity Draper store. Been a customer for 3 years. I’ve been calling for 8 days everyday and no one could give me information about my account, not through the chat, phone or website. They just don’t find it, even though I have mobile service in 4 lines. They said I should go to a store so I waited for my off day to drive to the Draper store. Ryan (the agent) tried to find ways to solve it. They opened a ticket for me even though I told him I already had one ticket from a week before. I requested to scalate the issues with the manager, Kaylee, and she basically did not let me talk and said she could not do anything for me. No empathy or courtesy at all. She just wanted me out of the store, asked me to let Ryan help other people without helping me and wait for her, instead of calling for support or chatting with someone to at least show they had the intention to help me, I know they can do that from previous request in the past. I even had to ask her if I could talk to see if she could understand the situation, but did not let me, she was talking without stopping and being what I consider rude to a customer. I also work at customer service and at least I was expecting a little bit of empathy from her. But it never happened. All I got was “you need to wait”. Funny part is that when they want to charge me THEY DO find my in the system. Just one of the reason why I’m desperate to leave this company. The way I was treated it’s just insane. I wasn’t even heard. If I could give negative start I’d give them 1K of those.

Comcast and Xfinity are the definition of garbage service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their service is overpriced, unreliable, and outdated compared to Google Fiber and modern streaming options that actually respect their customers. Google Fiber is faster, cleaner, and cheaper. Streaming services give me exactly what I want without the endless headaches.
My final straw came at their so-called “store,” which is really just a showroom for how little they care about customers. I walked in to return equipment and waited thirty minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. Not one hello, not one “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. It felt like a company that gave up on basic customer service a long time ago.
What made it almost comical was talking to other people in line who were there for the same reason: they were fed up. We all agreed Xfinity’s service is a disaster and their prices are a joke. The store itself is as poorly managed as the company behind it, which is fitting since bad leadership breeds bad culture.
Comcast is a dinosaur clinging to old models while better, smarter options like Google Fiber leave them in the dust. If you’re considering signing up, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. If you’re stuck with them, get out as soon as you can. They are everything that’s wrong with telecom companies today.
