They greeted me right when I walked in the store and I also saw they did that with everyone else that walked in. Rhett was really helpful and thorough on helping me get what I needed and explaining everything well. His manager and the others working there are really cool and friendly. I saw that they were quick and courteous in helping everyone else that was in there. Great store and great experience. I would highly recommend.

They had to send a technician out to get it working. The technician was awesome and got the connection up and running very quickly! Thanks for helping me get setup, I really appreciate it!

I have receipts and recordings that I didn't want to have to use, but it looks like we'll have to file an FCC complaint and a Utah division of public utilities. That was going to be my last resort but maybe I should have done that first. Absolutely no help by going in person. Manager, "Kaden" was quite adamant they can't do anything for us in regards to honoring what was told us over the phone, was not very sympathetic. This was a waste of time and just go somewhere else. They are not worth the hassle but we will file our complaints. Just to highlight our overall experience with Xfinity. They lied over the phone multiple times, hence the reason for my recordings. We need to stop putting up with that.

Kaden was terrible! I’ve never had this kind of complaint in my entire life! Wow, the ability to handle a customer is lacking. Again, can you believe he literally laughed in our faces? He then said they can’t help with bills, and didn’t care what had been told to us online. I know covid has affected things, but can we get these guys to go out of business already? Again, his name is Kaden, said he is a manager, and said didn’t have another manager. I don’t know if he is having a hard day, but he has zero customer service experience. Because of this experience I will cancel all my Xfinity phone lines and internet. I would pay double to never work with them again.
