Shortly after the tech leaves the box keeps restarting, the tech said he couldn't return so I had to call corporate. They say they couldn't come back until next week. Decided to cancel this service because it was the worst experience with TV in my life, ended up missing football all day. Direct TV came that next morning and it has been an exceptional experience. Wouldn't recommend this company one bit, go with Direct TV.
