I explained that I had technical questions and wanted to speak to someone who knew the product. Same worker came back 5 minutes later with less information than Google provides and said he'd help me. Absolutely not. The service both on the phone and in person has greatly reduced since I started using Xfinity. I believe it's time to look elsewhere for cellphone and Internet services.
