    I went in to solve a problem with an order. Maia seemed to be kind enough to take me in as the last person before they closed. She told me that she couldnt see what was wrong with my order, and she didnt think she could do anyhting except cancel it. I asked her if she canceled it, if she could re order it herself and she said she could. She left out crucial information, which was she couldnt re order it today. I had been dealing with this problem all day and i cant have the new upgrade delayed any more because it gets in the way with my phone. After having most of my question answered with - I dont know - by Maia, I finally agreed to cancel it, and only then i was told it takes 24 hrs to update, so i can come back tomorrow to order the phone. I plainly asked suprised after being told this: How did you not know this? -, and instead of receiving an answer, she immediately got defensive and told me - Im offended, you are being rude even if i wasn't trying to be. - those were her words. That shows plain enough that it wasn't my tone since i was talking in a regular tone of voice. What offended her was that i was asking a direct question and i was upset for the obvious reason that its not the first time she cancels an order (specially when she was in charge of closing the store so clearly she has some sort of responsibility and time in the store) . It is clear that it was her responsibility to tell me how canceling today was not going to help me in ordering the phone today. Instead of getting at the very least an acknowledgment that she should have at least known this, and informed me, i got escorted out, and told I was rude. Now in no way did i say anything except, How did you not know? and repeated You should have known, and should have told me this. - So please make sure your staff understands that their responsibility is to guide you by explaining the consequences of the actions you take, that is what they are there for, and the difference between being rude and being righteously upset by being misinformed, and calling the staff out on it is HUGE. The damage is now done and theres nothing I can do about it. Of course Im not returning to this store, where it seems you cant question how a staff member doesn't know that canceling an order wont let you re order before 24 hrs, or if they did they didn't feel the need to tell me this before hand. Terrible customer service, Maia was only looking out for her own interest and looking out for the sale.
