Verizon had a tower down and my Wi-Fi would not come back up. Took it to the store . Trent immediately started working on it, found the root of the problem. While the there upgraded our cell phones with new Google pixel. Trent followed up after purchase to see how phones were working out. He also checked if wi-fi was working properly. If you are wanting a new phone or other equipment this Verizon store is outstanding!
