DO NOT waste your time with Xfinity, the service has been atrocious and unethical to say the least. I rarely post reviews but this is what we have been pushed to do!

Xfinity just uses bots now instead of real people to get issues resolved now. You get stuck in a loop of unhelpful information and can’t move forward. This company used to be better than the competitors but now they act just like the rest of them. I am very close to canceling and going elsewhere.
