They expected me ro know stuff I don't know. They treated an old man poorly. I got better service online which is how I got my phone to work. So why bother going to a brick and mortar store when online service is better? The manager and his staff need to be retrained.

Went in on Friday and they lied about all the different promotions so we took everything back on Sunday. He was absolutely not happy about that and let me know. The paperwork we walked out with on Friday. It was nowhere near what the truth was and I discovered that when I got the actual paperwork emailed to me from Verizon on Saturday. Not sure how a store can print you up numbers that are completely different from reality, but they sure do. We have been with Verizon for 22 years and this will absolutely be the end of that relationship!
