Servicio excepcional y atención de excelencia – 10/10
Tuve una experiencia verdaderamente sobresaliente con Miguel Cruz, Retail Sales Professional de Comcast Xfinity. Acudí a la tienda para devolver un teléfono comprado en línea, y desde el primer momento, Miguel demostró un nivel de profesionalismo, amabilidad, rapidez, eficacia y conocimiento fuera de serie.
No solo gestionó la devolución con total eficiencia, sino que además nos asesoró con paciencia, empatía y claridad para elegir y adquirir otro teléfono, ofreciendo siempre soluciones precisas y efectivas a cada situación planteada.
Su trato humano, compromiso y dedicación auténtica hicieron que todo el proceso fuera cómodo, fluido y confiable.
Calificación: 10/10.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Attention – 10/10
I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Miguel Cruz, Retail Sales Professional at Comcast Xfinity. I visited the store to return a phone purchased online, and from the very beginning, Miguel demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, kindness, efficiency, speed, and deep product knowledge.
He not only handled the return process flawlessly, but also guided us with patience, empathy, and clarity to select and purchase another phone, providing accurate and effective solutions to every issue that arose.
His human approach, dedication, and genuine commitment made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and trustworthy.
Rating: 10/10.
Miguel Cruz truly deserves recognition, a promotion to a higher position, and/or better compensation, as he perfectly represents the highest standards of service, quality, and excellence that define Xfinity.

I would not recommend coming to the Xfinity Woodlands location for the simple fact that the employees have not been properly trained to have acceptable customer service. I went in for having issues with my streaming plan that I had just signed up for 5 days ago in which one of the vendors came to my house and offered me the streaming plan in which I agreed since I was paying more with the prior company I had contract with. I went in to ask simple questions for example, "how do I receive help to register my streaming into my second tv as the channels are not appearing when registering in? Would it be better to purchase a streaming box?", the employee literally dismissed my questions and dismissed that I genuinely needed help since the streaming was not working without a box in and hadn't been working for 5 days which the other employee who installed my internet box at my house told me that the streaming would work best with a streaming box. The employee at this location, Miguel, was very rude and dismissive, he appeared to be annoyed and made responses as if I was lying that my streaming was not working and his responses were expressing as if I did not know what I was doing or talking about. He did not even want to sell us a streaming box as he kept stating that it was not needed and he did not believe why it was not working with our phone only. Overall his expressions and mannerism was just disrespectful. In which I explained to him that I had set up the streaming successfully in one of my TV's but there were technical difficulties in the channels appearing in which they just stated the channel titles but not accessible and I just needed a streaming box for our second TV. He ended up giving us one streaming box and he did not even know how to so another employee helped him. I called later that night to customer service and asked for another one for my second TV, the agent viewed my account and let me know that indeed the streaming box was needed, I let him know about my experience at this Woodlands store and even they stated it was unacceptable as a box is needed. I never write reviews but this really surprised me and the employee Miguel, really ruined my entire day and desire to keep being a customer for Xfinity. I see not only I have had a negative experience at this location which shows that the employees don't take their job seriously, especially when it comes to customer service you should at least have respectful manners and be polite as it is the biggest task in that career.
