The only pleasant person in the building was Kian, that was helpful and kind. However, after sitting in the store for over an hour to be told to make a second appointment, I was still not helped. Interesting that in the hours that passed when I was in and out of this store the same people sat there also waiting, with no employees in sight. People looked like they were in there waiting to die. What a shame that a great location at the mall would have such poor customer service. I have been trying to solve a problem with Comcast Business for 3 straight months with absolutley no resolve, but they still take my money every month. I was told to specifically come to this location to help resolve the issue, just to be turned away saying they can't do a thing. Run from this place, and then keep running.

I have had issues since day one about 2 years ago and still not resolved completely like promised. I have lost $ and customers due to the absolute crap service. Unusable service any time I have 5g service of any amount of bars. Continue getting lied to and ignored buy customer service especially nathan. I would be out of business if I treated my customers that way. Waiting till nathan finishes doing what he said before going back to att that way he cant weasel out because "im no longer a customer" beware!!
