Not only are they excellent at customer service they are excellent at troubleshooting issues as well. I want to give a big shout out to my sales person at this location Tim Bonnecaze and the manager of this location Josue Perez for helping me all throughout the port in process and providing all my lines new phones on a great plan. They are very responsive and quick to help. I don't think they stopped smiling during our discussions ( very friendly people). Thanks for helping . Will always continue to bring my business to them.!!!

My previous visit to this store, the sales man FAILED to inform me that my bill would be same or higher if I pay off my phone contract. Unhappy customer!!
