- CCCharlie CampDec 16, 20245.0Very good experience - Sam helped get a promotional offer in addition to some adjustments, and I was able to replace my lost phone with a new one and reduce my monthly bill by $25. Then when I took it home, I got locked out while trying to activate. I came back to get help fixing it, then Sam and the manager Angel were both amazing - they worked with technical support and then helped me get it activated, despite being very busy and it taking a decent amount of effort to solve (I locked my account after messing up my activation code, and I didn't have my old phone to unlock it). 5 stars well deserved!

I met him at the Verizon store on 5th street. He was transferred, so I have no choice but To Alternate from the 2 stores. I can only speak for myself but, every employee I've encountered has treated me so good that; As Long As I'm In Austin TX....they have my ("business & loyalty.") It's something about aging & people going beyond what's offered. I Thank God For The Decades I'm still able to enjoy. If people treated each other the way the employees treat me....wow. My World 🌎 "Is getting better with time." Good & Love To The 🌍🌈🙋🏽♂️❤️
